COVID-19 Due to COVID-19 severely affecting shipments across Australia, there may be a delay in your shipment. Australia Post has also suspended their Express Post guarantee, which means that while Express Post is still the fastest shipment method, delivery may take significantly longer. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping times.
PRICE ERRORS Despite our best efforts, on occasion it may be possible that a small number of the products in our range may be incorrectly priced on the website. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website. We may either contact you before shipping to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than the stated price on the website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product, or where the higher incorrect price has been charged, we will refund the price difference and send you the product.
PRODUCT SHORTAGES In some cases due to unexpected product shortages or demand, we reserve the right to adjust orders to fit available stock. If this does happen, you will be contacted first and an alternative offered if possible. A refund will be processed for any products that is removed from your order.
PRICE MATCHING
Wonderland Games will price match providing the product is within the following restrictions:
- Products must be an exact match to each other
- Competitive price is from a physical or online retail holding a valid ABN within Australia
- Price is not from ebay, an ebay retailer or other form of marketplace that has fluctuating prices
- Product being matched is not on sale and/or special at competitive retailer and is at their standard normal pricing.
- Product price is not below the cost value from the supplier supported by Wonderland Games
- Must be advertised at AUD currency, anything not in AUD currency will be compared at a converted rate at point of sale and rounded up to the nearest 5c AUD.
- Card Singles will only be price matched from retailer with a current ABN or Wonderland Games approved comparable market (e.g. TCG Player.com - market value etc)
- All price matching must be verified by sending either a link or unaltered image either through the main site or private message through other means (e.g. private message through facebook account) for Wonderland Games to confirm and approve before price match can be applied.
The above list is not all and exclusive and Wonderland Games hold the right to refuse a price match if the product does not coincide with the above and/or other means which leaves the business brand at a loss or damaged. Approved price matches will be applied by means of altering price stock through site, discount code sent to the customer to apply to purchase or other satisfactory means agreed upon by both parties of the sale.
Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

Lightly Played (LP)'
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

Moderately Played (MP)'
Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '

Heavily Played (HP)'
Heavily Played condition cards exhibit signs of heavy wear. Heavily Played condition cards may include cards that have significant creasing, folding, severe water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, and /or tearing. '

Damaged (D)'
Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears.
